- In an interview with Russian news agency TASS on Wednesday, Maj. Gen. - While Ukraine has yet to comment on Russia's latest claims, DeepState, a Ukrainian war-mapping service with ties to the country's military, conceded that Ukrainian positions 'deteriorated' in Kursk, reporting that 'Russian forces have begun active assault operations.'[4]
- It added that Korenovo was reclaimed by Russian forces and that its analysts recorded the movement of a Russian armored convoy from there toward Snagost, where it said heavy fighting was ongoing.[4]
