Judge Dismisses Musk's Suit Against Nonprofit

Facts

• Elon Musk-owned X's (formerly Twitter), lawsuit against the Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH), a nonprofit studying online hate speech, Monday was dismissed by a federal judge who ruled the suit was an attempt to silence a group that was speaking negatively about the platform.¹
