• Former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley, who ran for the Republican presidential nomination this year, released all her delegates and encouraged them to vote for former Pres. Donald Trump, the presumptive nominee, on Tuesday.¹
• With the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee coming up on July 15, Haley called the convention a time for party 'unity' and explained that she believes 'Joe Biden is not competent to serve a second term, and Kamala Harris would be a disaster for America.'²
• Haley, who served as US ambassador to the UN under Trump and was the last candidate left to challenge him in the primaries when she suspended her campaign on March 6, also called for a 'president who will hold our enemies to account, secure our border, cut our debt, and get our economy back on track.'³
• In May, Haley announced she would vote for Trump. Her 97 delegates would be added to Trump's existing total of 1,215 if they shift their allegiance to the former president.⁴
